1. Where We Ship

We proudly ship throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations.

If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

2. Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order products (e.g., Recovery Tub Pro): Production typically takes 7–14 business days before shipping. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.

Please note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

🇿🇦 South Africa

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (available in major centres)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Destination country

  • Selected shipping method

Some larger items (e.g., Recovery Tubs) may require special freight arrangements. We’ll contact you if additional shipping arrangements are necessary.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Please check with your local customs office to understand any applicable charges before placing your order.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  1. Please take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@crt-agency.co.za so we can help resolve the issue.

If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link and contacting the courier directly. If you still need assistance, our team is here to help.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Tweelve Fifteen is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
